We don't maintain a large, in-house group of account service, billing, creative and web development staff. Because costs for these services are only incurred when required, our clients benefit by having some of the most talented, dedicated individuals in a given discipline available anytime without having to pay for them all of the time. And just like our clients, our key vendors are small and medium-sized business owners, which means they understand the meaning of a budget, deadlines, and exceeding customer expectations.

A Different Way of Delivering Value
The old school agency model relies on retainers and hourly billing to maintain large payrolls. They pass these inefficiencies on to the client. Large agencies can also suffer a great deal of turnover, which means an inconsistent pool of talent working on your business.

The Hoyle Company works with clients in a much different way - on a project basis. We stay lean with a suite of dedicated, seasoned vendors in various marketing sub-specialties available when needed to meet the needs of your specific project. You receive one bill and have one point of contact. Project billing simply allows us to have a more engaged relationship with our clients. However, if you need us to produce a special event, for example, we can build a project proposal based upon mutually agreed upon goals, deadlines and expectations. We focus on outcome, not output. Our hybrid agency model keeps efforts focused and more balanced on both sides of the client-agency relationship.
